License and Permit Bonds
- You must be a current client.
- We issue these bonds in our office.
- We have the necessary bond forms so all we need to know is what city the bond is needed for.
- Typically the cost is $100 minimum premium for most city bonds
Bid Bonds and Performance Bonds
- You must be a current client.
- To get approval to issue these bonds a bond line must be set up with a bonding company for approval on these contract bonds.
- See below punch list of info needed to submit to our bond underwriter.

Contractors Express Bonds
- Contractors Express: For contractors that need a quick and easy bond with a limit of $250,000 or less.
- Project must be within 150 miles of your place of business, the job must be completed within a year, liquated damages cannot exceed $500 a day, Maintenance/warranty cannot exceed 1 year, you must have been in business for at least a year and have acceptable personal and corporate financials.
- Excluded types of contractors: abatement, asbestos, completion guarantees, computer software, curtain wall, EFIS, eviornmental of any type, lead remediation, mines and land reclamation, subdivision/site plan development and underground storage tanks.
